Support Worker – Cygnet Hospital Ealing

We are looking for an outstanding experienced Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care at Cygnet Hospital Ealing.

Working hours: 38.5 hours a week (days and night shifts).

  • Day shifts – 7:30am – 8pm
  • Night shifts – 7:30pm – 8am

Sunrise Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. We focus on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
