We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator role with a Beauty Clinic based in London. The client is a high‑quality, doctor‑led aesthetic clinic that specialises in cosmetic injections and skin care therapy, and they are looking for an experienced candidate to fill this position.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a competent personal image and a natural sensitivity for patients
• Great communication skills and the ability to manage emergencies are required
• Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom. The company may sponsor a Tier 2 work visa for exceptional individuals
• 1 year of aesthetic or health sector expertise is desired, as well as 1 year of customer care or sales exposure
