Detached Youth Support Worker – Build Trust & Futures

The Junction Foundation, located in Redcar, is seeking two dedicated Detached Youth Support Workers. This role is pivotal in engaging with vulnerable young people and providing developmental opportunities. The successful candidates will have experience in informal environments and will help establish trust and positive relationships.

This part-time role requires 19 hours contracted per week, primarily during evenings, and offers a competitive salary of £26,300 per annum, pro-rata. The position is initially for 18 months with the intention to extend to permanent.
