Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join our client at their offices in Ilford.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the accounts assistant will support the accounting function by assisting with day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring all records are kept accurately and contributing to the smooth running of all of the company’s financial activities.
Qualifications
- Double entry bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Sub contractor payments
- Cred card and bank reconciliation
- IR35
- Vat returns
- Experience within a construction company
- Accounts up to Trial Balance
Moreover, you will have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong communication skills and an ability to mult-task in a fast paced environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
