Opti-Time Scheduler — Housing & Repairs (Full-Time)

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council has an exciting opportunity for a full-time (37 hours a week) permanent Opti-Time Scheduler within the Responsive Repairs Unit. The successful candidate will provide effective scheduling management and serve as the single point of contact for queries and issues.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates should work well in a busy office environment and have experience with IT systems while being able to work to strict deadlines.
