The Opportunity
You will work directly with Private Equity investors and corporates on high‑impact transactions, supporting everything from deal underwriting through to value delivery.
This is a hands‑on role in a high‑growth environment. You will lead workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to building a scalable, market‑leading offering.
Scope of Work
Core areas include:
- Operational Due Diligence
- Carve‑outs and separations
- Pre‑deal synergy assessment

You will operate across both Private Equity and corporate deal environments, working on complex, high‑value transactions.
