Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple structural and miscellaneous metal projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage several projects simultaneously from start to completion.
- Provide detailed billing breakdowns and issue monthly progress draw invoices to general contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, including coordination with shop fabrication and erection schedules.
- Coordinate approval drawings, shop fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
- Maintain continuous communication with drafting staff and shop foremen to ensure clear project direction.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and general contractors.
- Monitor and maintain project construction schedules to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all CCNs, change orders (COs), and site instructions, including detailed quotes and cost breakdowns.
- Meet erectors on-site to discuss fit-up issues, erection sequencing, and miscellaneous metal installation.
- Coordinate with erection and installation teams to address and resolve deficiency work.
- Recognize project changes and communicate them to project managers and estimators.
- Conduct site measurements as required.
- Prepare material order lists for the steel purchaser.
- Maintain and enforce cost-effective shop and erection assembly practices with drafting teams.
- Attend bi-monthly production meetings with management to review project progress and ongoing work.
Qualifications & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or SDS is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous metal fabrication practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation.
