Ready to take ownership of Technical & Compliance in a fast-paced, fresh produce business?

We’re working with a well-established grower packer of fresh produce supplying major UK retailers, who are now looking for a Technical / Compliance Lead to play a pivotal role within a close-knit, high-performing technical team.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll drive standards, culture, and continuous improvement across growing, packing, and grading operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Own the QMS & compliance landscape
• Lead audits & accreditations
• Drive performance & KPIs
• Champion food safety & quality culture
• Be the technical voice on site
• Manage specifications & compliance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong Technical / Compliance background within fresh produce
• Proven experience managing QMS & HACCP systems
• Audit experience across BRCGS and retailer standards
• Confident leading audits and dealing with customers
• Hands-on approach – visible on site and engaged with teams
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
