Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi Senior / Part-Qualified Accountant to join one of our growing Accountancy Practice clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently or has recently worked in an Accountancy Practice and has experience in accounts preparation and audit work!

You will be joining a fun, friendly and supportive team with your esponsibilities including –

• Preparation of year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
• Assisting with statutory audits from planning through to completion
• Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
• Liaising directly with clients and responding to queries
• Supporting senior team members on audit assignments
• Assisting with corporation and personal tax compliance where required

To secure this exciting career opportunity you will be –

• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Have Previous Experience Working in Accountancy Practice
• Experience in both accounts preparation and audit assignments
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
