We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol Hub, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 shift pattern. This role will support the Hub Manager in driving activity from yourself and 3 team members to hit SLA’s and Targets on Same Day and Next Day orders.

Job Description
As a Senior Warehouse Operative, you will work with the Hub Manager, take ownership of the Late Shift, ensure operational targets and SLA’s are met, uphold Site Health & Safety, and address team escalations. You will supervise about 3‑4 operatives across Warehouse and Administration, requiring team lead or supervision experience from a Logistics background, strong stock management knowledge, and effective communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven background and knowledge of warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Great communication skills across all levels.
- Good Warehouse & Logistics Health & Safety knowledge.
- Proficiency with IT systems.
