As a Nordic Sales Development Representative at Deltek, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth across the Nordic region by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for our Nordic Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, combining strategic outreach with a consultative approach to connect project-based businesses with the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage your account list — map your territory, research target accounts, and identify the right personas before initiating outreach
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate quality meetings and build a consistent pipeline for the Nordic account team
- Qualify prospects through thoughtful discovery conversations, uncovering business priorities and challenges with a consultative mindset
- Book qualified meetings and generate winning pipeline for your AEs
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless account handoffs and provide feedback that continuously improves lead quality
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in a Nordic language — Danish or Norwegian strongly preferred
- 6–12 months of sales or target-driven experience, with a minimum of 6 months of cold calling
- Highly coachable — you welcome feedback and act on it with purpose. You understand that consistent improvement through coaching, collaboration, and self-reflection is what separates good salespeople from great ones.
- A competitive edge and genuine motivation to hit and exceed targets
- Takes initiative to solve problems and improve how the team works
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as SPIN, Sandler, or MEDDPICC
