Assistant Support Worker
You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations. A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
Requirements
- Motivated and genuinely want to make a difference
- Able to communicate well and adapt to different needs
- Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
- Supportive of an environment where everyone feels valued and included
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
