Customer Service Representative

Location: Bolton. Contract: 6‑month FTC. Work arrangement: Hybrid.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our supportive and high‑performing contact centre team in Bolton. Whether you’re experienced in customer service or just starting out, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for FNZ customers, handling enquiries about their financial products via calls and live chat
  • Respond to queries, ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience
  • Engage in friendly, helpful conversations with customers
  • Manage inbound calls and live chat in line with service targets
  • Help customers access information and use our digital tools
  • Take ownership of queries and provide clear, accurate answers
  • Ensure every interaction is handled with care and attention to detail
  • Suggest improvements that could benefit the customer experience
  • Participate in training and development to continuously grow your knowledge

Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Comfortable using phones and computer systems
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is helpful; experience in financial services is a bonus but not essential
