Recruitment Consultant – Marketing at 11 Investments. This role would suit a Graduate/Trainee or someone with up to 1 year of recruitment experience. Soho, London – Hybrid 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a high-quality network of clients and candidates in the marketing industry
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Source hard-to-find candidates for tricky-to-fill roles
- Drive business development and grow market share
- Lead on complex negotiations and client strategy
- Collaborate with your team to hit individual and collective targets
- Champion our brand and values inside and outside the business
- Build your personal brand within digital
