Personal Care Assistant for a person 24 hr/wk @ £15.45/hr in Dereham – FTE – £30.1k
Female personal care assistant to work within a team of very dedicated carers for a bubbly, fun-loving lady with special needs within her home annex. Hours of work are 24 hours, with shifts from 9am Monday to 9am Tuesday or on Wednesday 9am to 9am Thursday. Must be available for sickness and holiday cover. Applicant must have common sense, patience, understanding, willingness to listen to H’s needs, be reliable, dependable and bring a fun positive outlook to this role. Training will be provided initially by shadowing a member of the team but will then work independently with H. H will need full care needs met from personal care, feeding, medication administration, record keeping, and keeping H stimulated, happy and fulfilled. H loves music, crafting, cooking, chatting, fun and laughter. H has requested female applicants only. Must be able to do all aspects of the job and have a full, clean driving licence.
