8 hours per week, Wednesday 12:00‑16:00 and Saturday 12:00‑16:00.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
• Own merchandising and presentation of products, aiding customers in finding what they need.
• Maintain store standards, including front and back‑of‑store, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for retail, whether front or back of house.
• Love for customer, keen to learn and develop service skills and product knowledge.
• Ability to build valued relationships with team and customers.
• Team player, flexible, supportive, contributing to a positive environment.
• Thrives in a busy environment, adaptable to completing different tasks throughout the day.
