Full‑Time Sales Associate – Charcuterie (Fresh Market Hall)

About the Role

Deliver an exceptional customer experience in the Fresh Market Hall, specialising in charcuterie. You will confidently engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and promote the Harrods Rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Replenish stock efficiently and maintain accurate displays.
• Uphold food hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong passion for working with food and proven experience in food retail, hospitality, or a deli environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic about sales targets.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to Harrods policies.
• Curious disposition with a desire to develop product and industry knowledge.

Working Hours

Fully on‑site, working 5 out of 7 days per week.
