Education & Employability Coach for Rehabilitation

Serco is seeking a Work Coach in Uttoxeter to support individuals in building their confidence and skills towards employment. You will deliver one-to-one and group sessions, assess skills, and provide guidance on education and career pathways.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 4 careers qualification or be willing to achieve it, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in delivering employability support. This role includes excellent benefits such as 23 days holiday and access to health and wellbeing support.
