Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Leadership Team to provide insight on budgets, forecasts and actual performance, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Produce monthly management accounts and contribute to consolidated Executive Board reporting.
• Manage overheads including accruals, prepayments and school recharges through the month-end process.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Support Directors and senior stakeholders with forecasts and annual budgets, acting as the key finance contact.
• Contribute to the consolidated budget and forecast pack for CFO review
• Collaborate with the Estates team to support and enhance reporting on the Capital Investment Programme.

Skills Required:

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Experience within a similar FP&A position
• Advanced excel skills
