Medicines Safety & Governance Lead

Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Medicines Safety Officer to lead the medication safety agenda and manage the Pharmacy Medication Safety Team. This role involves ensuring effective governance and reducing medication errors across the Trust.
