Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Deliver efficient service during busy morning periods
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation at all times
- Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
