Chef de Partie Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high‑quality restaurant.
• Obsessed with delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• A team player with the ability to motivate and support junior staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high kitchen standards.
• Experience with food safety standards and regulations.
• Passionate about food and eager to contribute to a creative kitchen environment.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Casa Mayfair where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and contributing to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The site welcomes around 1300 guests each week, a 125‑cover dining space, 100 cover event space/bar, two private dining rooms and a summer terrace.
