Part‑time, bi‑weekly rotating schedule: Monday 16:30‑19:30, Wednesday 16:30‑19:30, Saturday 07:45‑12:45 and Saturday 09:00‑12:00

As a Receptionist in our Leisure team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear information and a welcoming experience while helping our operations run smoothly. Your work will support both visitors and colleagues, ensuring a high standard of service every day.

In this role, you’ll help create a positive, professional environment where customer care and trust are at the forefront. From supporting daily reception activities to maintaining strong relationships, your contribution will make a real difference in how our services are experienced by the community.

What You’ll Do As a Receptionist

  • Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
  • Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
  • Support colleagues across the team when required
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence

Vetting And Checks

As well as checking eligibility to work in the UK, you will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
