Base pay range
CNC Machinist – 12 month contract
Location: Renfrewshire
My client is at the forefront of the global aerospace industry and this role lends perfectly for a machinist to have exposure to the wider business, potentially leading to further opportunities
As a CNC Machinist you will be doing
- Working on a variety of machine tools, including Grinding, Milling and/or Turning
- Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection.
- Working on 3-axis & 5-axis control systems
Experience and skillset – CNC Machinist
- MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in 3 & 5-axis machines, grinding, turning, milling
- Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection.
- Able to work at 3-shift pattern
All successful CNC Machinists will be contacted with 2 working days of application
