Specialist Support Worker – Drivers Preferred

Position Overview

We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs. We are recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join the team across our Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes and in the community.
• Help them live as independently as possible.
• Provide care and support services that align with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Willingness to share and uphold our values; skills develop as needed.
• No specific prior experience required – we hire for values first, skills second.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of £13.20, equivalent to an annual salary of £28,828.80 on a 42‑hour week (pro‑rata based on hours worked).
• Eligible for a £500 bonus through our refer‑a‑friend scheme (unlimited referrals).
• Opportunities for the Care Certificate and apprenticeships.
