Location: Stockport, VolvoContract Type: Full-time, permanentSalary: £28,500 plus bonusHours: 42 hours weekly (Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm, Sat 8am‑12pm on rota)
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join the successful team at Newcastle Renault!
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
