Responsibilities
The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, creative and motivated Teaching Assistant to work with children with SEND both in groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with teaching in class
- Work with SEND children both in small groups and also 1:1
- Have experience of working with children with a variety of needs, including Autism
- Work as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues
- Be flexible, hard‑working and maintain a positive attitude
- Hold high expectations of themselves, for the children and our community
Qualifications and Requirements
