MKD Recruit are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 NIGHT Drivers to join a growing client, a pallet distribution company at their site in ELY, Cambridgeshire.
This is a Night JOB. Meaning you will be driving in the dark, so scaredy cats need not apply.
You will be taking a pre-loaded trailer of varied goods on Pallets to a HUB, the client goes to 3 different hubs south and Midlands based.
Re‑load at the HUB and return to base, typically a 1900 hrs start with an 0600 finish. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a curtain sided HGV Class 1
- Plan routes effectively while adhering to legal driving hours
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections
- Operate the proof of delivery EPA system properly (training given)
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 driving licence
- Up-to-date CPC and DIGI Card
- Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
- A maximum of 6 points (Must NOT include: IN10, DD, DR or DG)
