Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 6:00am – 10:00pmHours: Full Time, 36.75 hours per weekContract: 3‑Month fixed termLocation: B&Q BuryRate: £13.85 per hour (UK notional)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi‑drop orders of varying sizes (from a tin of paint to 30 packs of flooring) in a 3.5‑ton van.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
  • Work from the shop floor to fulfil customer orders and support colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain efficiency and safety standards at all times.
  • Represent the B&Q brand, putting customers first in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) with at least one year of licence history and no more than six points.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to plan with clarity even when busy.
  • Organised and analytical thinker who values simplicity.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Previous experience as a multi‑drop delivery driver is helpful but not essential.
  • Will undergo Experian, DVLA and DBS checks to verify information and ensure safety.
