Care Assistant Roles (Lincoln)

Overview

Care Assistant – Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Salary: £13.00 – £19.50 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate). Contract type: Care Delivery. Location: Lincoln & South Lincolnshire. Flexible shift patterns and expert training provided by Bluebird Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for the customers you care for

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided
