Brighton & Hove Albion FC is recruiting for the 2026/27 season to support fans at all home matches. As a Matchday Supporter Services Assistant you will handle bookings on the phone and assist at ticket booths to deliver an outstanding matchday experience.
You should be able to work all 19 home Premier League games and any additional cup fixtures, with reliability and a calm, customer-focused approach.
