Premier Marinas is seeking a Night Shift Marina Operative to join our friendly and professional team at Chichester Marina.

This is a fantastic chance to work in a stunning environment where no two nights are the same. With full training provided, you’ll develop new skills while helping us deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out regular patrols and safety checks around the marina
  • Monitoring and managing access to secure areas
  • Providing excellent customer service to berth holders and visitors
  • Using CCTV systems to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Working 12-hour night shifts, including some weekends and Bank/Public Holidays

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a busy operational environment
  • Confidence using computer systems
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grow.
