Job Description

  • Looking after our guests, including check‑in and check‑out
  • Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
  • Maintaining Sihot and our electronic booking systems
  • Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments
  • Cash transactions and cashing up
  • Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no‑shows, answering emails)

Qualifications

  • Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Open and communicative with a solid command of written and spoken English
  • Team player willing to assist across departments – we achieve our results together
