Teacher of English – KS3 Coordinator
Are you an experienced teacher looking to step up into a paid TLR? EdEx is working with an Ofsted Outstanding school in Hounslow that has been branded “The Envy of the Borough” by a local headteacher we collaborate with.
We are looking for a KS4 Coordinator who will become a permanent teacher with the school from September 2026, meaning you will be paid and employed directly by the school – no agency work.

About the Teacher of English role
Based in Hounslow, West London. Paid on the Outer London Pay scale. Teaching English KS3‑KS5. Opportunity to become a TLR as KS3 Coordinator. Full time and permanent – you will be employed directly by the school.
Who are we looking for?
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential – applications without QTS will not be considered.
- Strong results at A‑Level and University.
- Experience working in a High A8 school is ideal.
