32.5 hours per week
8:30 – 3:30 (Mon-Fri, including 30 min lunch break)
We are looking for a dynamic, committed and innovative individual to join our team to support two children with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be the key worker for these children, and the role may include working across both the mainstream classroom and our SEND Unit.
This post is a specific‑purpose post, until the supported children secure places in a specialist setting, which is anticipated to be in January 2027.

- Have flexibility and be willing to adapt to meet the needs of the pupils they are working with
- Have knowledge and experience of working with children with additional needs – especially communication and interaction difficulties
- Have empathy and perseverance
- Be willing to undertake any additional training to enhance own practice
- Be fully committed to supporting our children
