Role Overview

We’re recruiting a Caretaker for the Estate Services team within Housing Operations at Milton Keynes City Council. The team manages the caretaking and cleaning of the Council’s housing stock, focusing on communal areas across more than 500 residential blocks. The role keeps estates clean, safe and well‑maintained, supporting healthier communities.

Working Conditions

Site‑Based role. Expected to work from the designated workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute caretaking and cleaning of communal areas for over 500 residential blocks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
