MLD Resource Base TA – Supportive, Inclusive Learning

River Academy, located in Reading, is looking for two Teaching Assistants to support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The successful candidates will work with individual students and small groups, helping to clarify learning and support educational programs.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 or CACHE Level 2 Certificate, along with qualifications in English and Maths. The role involves a caring approach, effective communication, and a commitment to student development.
