We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our highly successful and growing Community Activity & Wellbeing Team to deliver excellent support in the community.

About Us

Lakewood Court is supported living accommodation with individuals who have profound and multiple learning disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism. We provide high‑quality care and aim to bring fun, happiness, sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, new skills and community access to those we support.

Responsibilities

This position requires you to think outside the box, adapt activities and daily household tasks, bring fun and happiness to the individuals you’ll be supporting, and consider sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, learning new skills and accessing the community.
