We are now looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Assistant Property Operations Coordinator to become a key part of the business.
This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
You will work closely with the senior operations team managing the day-to-day running of the portfolio, including:
- Tenant communication and issue resolution
- Coordinating check-ins/check-outs
- Liaising with landlords, agents and contractors
- Handling maintenance coordination
- Supporting compliance and inspections
- Assisting with placement logistics
- Managing operational admin and systems
- Helping maintain occupancy and service standards
