The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of the classroom experience supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally to help them thrive. You will:

• Support children to reach their full potential
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Help create a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment
• Support pupils’ wellbeing, confidence and emotional development

• Qualified Level 2 TA or have strong experience working with school-aged children

• Confident using a trauma-informed and child-centred approach
