Safeguarding Adults Social Worker – Independent & Impactful

iPeople Solutions is currently seeking a Qualified Social Worker to work in North Somerset. The role involves joining the Safeguarding Adults Team, undertaking S.42(1) decision-making and S.42(2) enquiries, and potentially managing a project aimed at resolving a backlog of decisions.

The ideal candidate must have safeguarding adults experience, demonstrate a high turnover management track record, and possess the capability to work independently from the outset.
