Adult Social Worker – Derbyshire County Council (Matlock)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join Derbyshire County Council based in Matlock for a full-time locum opportunity.
This is a standard Adult Social Care role with an ASAP start, offering 37 hours per week and a competitive pay rate of £23.66 per hour, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload within Adult Social Care

Completing Mental Capacity Assessments
*
Undertaking Safeguarding enquiries and interventions
*
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies
*
Delivering person-centred support and care planning
Candidate Requirements
*
Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work qualification
*
Registered with Social Work England
*
Previous experience within Adult Social Care
*
Confident completing Mental Capacity Assessments and Safeguarding work
*
Strong communication and case management skills
