Qualified Bus Driver- Macduff

About the role

Salary: £14.07 per hour during training, then approximately £30,500 annualised (39 hours per week) with overtime available. Working from the Macduff depot on Union Road, Macduff (AB44 1UJ). Shift patterns – any five days over seven.

Responsibilities

• Drive the modern, sustainable fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure every passenger has a comfortable, safe journey.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all passengers.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and support passengers, especially those requiring assistance.
• Operate flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18years of age and hold a valid PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Punctual, safe and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
