Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant – Supply Role Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a welcoming and supportive trust of schools in the Sheffield area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SEN professional looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact in multiple school settings.

About the Role

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Work across different schools within the trust, adapting to varied environments and student needs.
• Provide 1:1 support and assist in small group interventions.
• Help implement EHCPs and tailored learning strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple schools.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
