Job overview
We are looking to recruit a domestic assistant to join our small team within the Facilities Department at St Peter’s Hospital, for an evening position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high quality domestic cleaning service. They will have the ability to work effectively and flexibly, both alone and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of work will be essential.
Training in Health and Safety and Cleaning Standards will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning all clinical and non-clinical areas to a high standard
- Undertake routine, specific and deep cleaning tasks as required
- Use cleaning materials as necessary to undertake the variety of cleaning tasks required and as directed by the Team Leader
Person specification
- Good standard of education to GCSE level
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
