You’ll be a trusted expert, helping customers choose the right products and services while making every interaction feel personal and effortless.
Responsibilities
- Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use our tools to complete transactions quickly, check rates, and support customers across all Travel Money channels.
- Accuracy and compliance are key. You’ll follow safe, legal, and financial‑crime processes at every step, protecting our customers and the business.
- At M&S, customers come first. You’ll be fast, focused, and proactive, engaging with customers, spotting opportunities, and delivering a brilliant experience every time.
- Teamwork matters. You’ll share your Travel Money knowledge, support colleagues across the store, and help build confidence and capability in others.
- Flexibility is vital. You’ll adapt quickly to store priorities, work at pace, and maintain best in town standards in presentation, availability, and service.
