Responsibilities

  • Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use our tools to complete transactions quickly, check rates, and support customers across all Travel Money channels.
  • Accuracy and compliance are key. You’ll follow safe, legal, and financial‑crime processes at every step, protecting our customers and the business.
  • At M&S, customers come first. You’ll be fast, focused, and proactive, engaging with customers, spotting opportunities, and delivering a brilliant experience every time.
