Position Overview

We are looking for Reablement Support Workers to work part‑time evenings within the Bradford Enablement Support Team (BEST) community team, covering all areas of the Bradford district. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in residential/Community settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks.
  • Document accurate records on digital devices.
  • Provide personal care support.
  • Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible.
  • Treat individuals with dignity and respect.

Schedule & Working Hours

This part‑time role requires 4 hours per day between 1800 and 2200 on each scheduled day. Service provision operates on a 2‑week rolling rota: Week1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full manual UK driving licence (transport is provided).
  • RCF Level2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ). Candidates who do not have this qualification will not be shortlisted.
  • No sponsorship will be offered for these roles.
  • An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken.
