Support Worker – Social Care

Responsibilities
- Support individuals’ daily living skills, including home planning, leisure, employment, personal interests and travel.
- Provide personal and emotional support and help people develop new skills.
- Assist people living at home or out in the community.
- Collaborate with an inclusive team led by people with a learning disability.
Qualifications and Skills
- No previous experience or qualifications required – full training will be provided.
- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- Keenness to learn quickly, solve problems creatively and embrace our values and vision.
