THE ROLE

For an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented residential property paralegal to join a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced conveyancing environment, working alongside experienced fee earners on a varied caseload.

• Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties
• Assisting in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met

THE CANDIDATE

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property / conveyancing
• Good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process
• Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
• Good understanding of AML requirements and compliance procedures
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to acting for companies would be advantageous
