You will work in a structured youth and learning environment with clear safeguarding, quality and outcome expectations. You will collaborate with colleagues, partners and funders who care about long‑term impact.
What You Will Do
- Build trusted relationships that keep young people engaged
- Deliver personal development, employability and accredited learning
- Create clear, realistic action plans with each young person
- Track progress, attendance and outcomes accurately
- Maintain safeguarding, data and quality standards at all times

You will contribute to local partnerships across Belfast, supporting joined‑up provision and smooth learner journeys.

A Day in the Role
You may start with a group session, followed by one‑to‑one reviews. You will update plans, liaise with colleagues and check in with a young person who has missed sessions. Some days move smoothly. Others require patience and calm problem‑solving.
